Maxwell is an attorney who is dedicated to helping others. He graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in 2010 and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2013 from Saint Louis University School and Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois. Maxwell is a fourth-generation resident of Saint Louisan and is passionate about helping others in the community.
