Titus attended Johnson Bible College and graduated from Indiana University, Indianapolis campus, in 2013, completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with Distinction. While there he served as a logic mentor for the Bepko Learning Center and attained membership in the Golden Key Honor Society and National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Titus received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) in 2017 from Georgia State University.
