Owner and pastry chef Jada Baez discovered her love of cooking at a young age. She grew up in the kitchen, helping her mother prepare dishes and developing an appreciation for lovingly made food. But as she grew older, her aspirations shifted. During a stint in college, she realized that she wasn't passionate about her studies. It was a school event, at which she was responsible for feeding four hundred students, that made her realize baking was her true passion.
