The Heaven's Best franchise as a whole was established in 1983. The franchise here in Chula Vista opened up in 2003 owned by two brothers, Aaron and Travis Maupin. We both have business degrees and always had a vision of running a business together. After much research, the Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning franchise shined above the rest and we knew we had to be apart of this great company.
