Was very impressed with this company. They're very responsive to my inquiry and quick to come out and quote. Customer service is excellent and they are very transparent in what they are doing. Our building hired COPPER ROOFING LLC for the second time to fix some roof issues in our tenement building. Once again, they quoted us the cheapest price out of everyone we contacted and their guarantee period is very generous. No matter who I’m dealing with they’re always polite, friendly, and professional. They provide updates and I feel very valued as a customer. Fantastic to find such a helpful and considerate company. After quoting for roof repair, new fascia's, soffits, and guttering they carried out the works to an excellent standard were tidy, punctual and when asked to look at a slight leak were only too helpful, they came the sorted problem, looked at another and attempted a temporary solution without being asked. I would highly recommend Copper Roofing LLC as a very reputable roofing company with ethics.
