Contacted to do a project, Sebastian came out looked and gave a bid. He was flaky in the beginning (yes then no then yes he will do it) because after he accepted my job, he was offered a much larger job for money (per Sebastian) BUT he said he would because he had already told me that he would do it. Sebastian called my client and made an appointment and then never showed up! He wouldn't answer my texts or phone calls the day before and ignored them the entire day they were suppose to show! When my client called Him to find out why he wasn't there, he told her "He didn't think I would pay him" Seriously? I flip houses. I have never NOT paid someone! Ever. My realtor gave Sebastian my name, He could have called my realtor (that I've been with 9 years) and found that out. Sebastian never even bothered to tell me they were NOT going to show! Sebastian didn't care about ME, as a client, he cared about money! He went for the job with more money as that was the purpose of being flaky to begin with and bad mouthed me to use ME as the excuse. Grossly unprofessional. Total disregard for me and my client sitting home all day waiting for him. No Show, Ignoring texts from me and my client and defamatory remarks
